Rear conversion with brake light for the Segway ZT3-Pro – Perfect integration with Plug & Play assembly
Give your Segway ZT3-Pro a significantly sportier and tidier look with this precisely fitting rear conversion including brake light function. By removing the original license plate holder, which detracts from the scooter's dynamic appearance, a clean and high-quality look is created that perfectly integrates into the overall design.
The conversion is based on an original Segway taillight cover and a matching original plug, allowing for easy, secure, and clean installation – without soldering or extensive modifications.

Assembly
Only a few steps are required for installation:
Screw the adapter to the X-light with the two included threaded screws.
Remove the two side panels of the swingarm (left & right).
On both sides, remove the screws that secure the original license plate holder.
Remove the license plate holder and carefully disconnect it from the plug.
Unscrew the two rear frame trims (3 screws per side). These are additionally clipped and must be carefully pulled straight off (left & right).
After the rear frame trims have been removed, the screws for the lower mudguard are accessible. Remove one screw per side (2 screws in total).
The mudguard can now be removed. It is additionally clipped.
Dismantle the already installed taillight cover (2 screws).
Reinstall our taillight cover with LED.
Route the cable of the taillight cover forward and plug it into the existing connector.
Then follow all steps in reverse order, so that everything is securely clipped and screwed back into place.
(If you combine the rear conversion with our side license plate holder, this will be mounted on the right side of the swingarm before the swingarm panel is reattached.)

The brake light function can be conveniently set in the Segway app – either with brightening or flashing when braking.
